The RN will work day, evening, and weekend shifts as needed, providing critical care during emergencies and participating in care team meetings.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey (NJ).
• BLS/CPR certification current.
• Experience in assisted living or geriatric nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive resident health assessments and update care plans.
• Monitor residents and document changes, reporting to the medical team.
• Administer medications and nursing interventions as prescribed.
