Job summary

TRITAL Care in St. Louis, MO is seeking skilled Registered Nurses for PRN assignments across hospital and facility settings.

RNs will support Neuro Stepdown, Med-Surg, OR, PACU, ICU, ED, BHS, and other units based on current needs. Ideal candidates will have an active Missouri RN license, BLS, and relevant specialty experience; you will assess patients, monitor vitals, administer medications, document care, and collaborate with medical teams.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license valid for Missouri or equivalent authorization.
• BLS certification as required by the facility.
• Relevant clinical experience and demonstrated competency for the assigned specialty.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
• Monitor vital signs, symptoms, labs, and changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and policies.
• Recognize deterioration and escalate as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families about treatment and discharge instructions.
• Follow infection prevention and safety standards.
• Participate in handoffs and transitions of care.
• Respond to emergencies following protocols.
