CHRISTUS Health is seeking a PRN Nurse. The role offers tiered pay: $40/hr (6 shifts in 6 weeks), $45/hr (12 shifts in 6 weeks), or $50/hr (18 shifts in 6 weeks), with shift differentials for nights and weekends.

Responsibilities include applying nursing process, administering medications, documenting patient information, and educating patients and families. Education: BSN preferred; RN license required; BLS certification required. Flexible scheduling available.

Formación

• BSN preferred for this RN role.
• At least 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• RN license in state of employment (or compact) required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention and evaluation.
• Administer medications and treatments; monitor for side effects and effectiveness.
• Document patient history, symptoms and care provided.
• Assess learning needs and provide education to patients and families.
