PRN RN Detox Nights at Southern Tennessee Regional Health System - Pulaski

The PRN RN Detox Nights nurse works under the Head Nurse to provide essential nursing care, contributing to patient assessments and care plans. This role requires a licensed registered nurse with at least six months of recent nursing experience and proficiency in fundamental nursing skills. The position emphasizes a commitment to diversity and equal opportunity in healthcare employment.

Under the direct supervision of the designated Head Nurse, the nurse demonstrates proficiency in administering the fundamentals of the nursing process, contributes to the nursing assessment and the development of the nursing care plan, and participates in the evaluation of nursing care. Shares responsibility for individual patients or an entire patient population.


Minimum Education:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Active Tennessee License.
Preferred Education:
Bachelor's degree (BSN).

Minimum Work Experience:
Minimum of six (6) months' recent experience as a professional nurse.

Required Skills:
Demonstrated proficiency of 50 percent of the skills required for Level II.

Required Licenses:
Registered Nurse
Current Registered Nurse license to practice in the state.
