• Provides direct oversight for Care Partners to ensure quality of care.
• Develops short- and long-term goals and Care Plans for residents.

Shift:Day Shift (7 a.m. to 3 p.m.)

Location:Alexandria, VA

Pay:Weoffer competitive pay for RNs ranging from $46.50 to $48 per hour!

Job Duties

• Is responsible for medication administration, assessment, and coordination of care for assigned residents on their household.
• Documents nursing intervention, resident response, effectiveness, complications, etc.; communicates information to physician and other Health Team members.
• Provides direct oversight for Care Partners ensuring quality of care.
• Develops short and long term goals and Care Plans for residents.

Job Requirements
