Qualifications

• Active Delaware RN license required.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Ability to supervise staff and collaborate with healthcare team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per physician orders and care plans.
• Assess residents' physical, psychosocial, and functional status; document.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor for changes and report to physician and nursing leadership.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs on unit or shift.
• Ensure infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in care planning, shift reports, and interdisciplinary meetings.
• Respond to emergencies with First Aid or CPR as needed.
• Complete MARs, TARs, and incident reports accurately.
• Educate residents and families regarding care and conditions.
• Adhere to attendance, scheduling, and block schedule commitments.
