Job summary

Riverside Post Acute is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Jacksonville, FL. This PRN role offers competitive pay of $35–$38 per hour (all-inclusive) and daily pay options. Shifts run 7 AM–7 PM and 7 PM–7 AM, with opportunities to support a 240-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility.

As an RN, you will deliver skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, and ensure care plans are followed. A Florida RN license and BLS CPR are required, with potential for growth in a compassionate,

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in FL.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable nursing practice and the physician's plan of treatment and written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation per physician orders and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.
