Job summary

Qualifications

• OCN certification or 12 oncology CEUs yearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily tasks in the infusion center, including hanging chemotherapy and immunotherapy infusions.
• Perform port access and lab draws; support Outpatient Nursing Services as needed.

Putnam County Hospital is looking for a Registered Nurse for a PRN position within an outpatient Oncology/Infusion Clinic. PRN commitment of one (1) eight (8) hour shift per month. Additional hours available in event of sickness, FMLA, vacations, etc. This RN would be responsible for assisting with daily tasks in the infusion center including but not limited to: hanging chemotherapy and immunotherapy infusions, port access, lab draws, and Outpatient Nursing Services.
