Emerald Healthcare in Omaha, NE seeks an RN Charge Nurse (PRN) to oversee daily nursing operations in a skilled facility. You will lead RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, ensure care quality and regulatory compliance, and coordinate with physicians and support staff. Shifts are 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license in Nebraska with ADN/BSN and BLS; ACLS is preferred. This role emphasizes leadership, patient-focused care, and policy adherence.

Formación

• Current and valid RN license in Nebraska.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs).
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans; oversee patient progress and treatments.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accurate documentation.
• Serve as primary liaison between nursing and other healthcare professionals.
