Arcadia Homecare and Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for case management in the Cuyahoga County area. Make your own schedule based on client needs and work up to full-time hours.

Qualifikationen

• Valid RN license required.
• Experience in case management preferred.
• Ability to develop and implement patient care plans.

Aufgaben

• Provides supervision and staff development assistance for all direct reports as assigned by the Program Director.
• Evaluates clinical performance of all staff under oversight of Program Director.
• Provides clinical assessments for incoming clients.
• Manages appropriate patient care assignment based on the competency of staff, acuity of clients, and continuity of care.
• Other duties as assigned.
