Job summary

Bright Road Recovery is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive nursing care across RTC, PHP, IOP, and OP services. You will report to the DON/ADON and work with LVNs, physicians, therapists, and dietitians to ensure safe, evidence-based patient care.

The ideal candidate will be licensed in California, hold an ADN (BSN preferred), and have strong communication and teamwork skills. This per diem role offers flexible shifts to support vacations and staffing needs.

Qualifications

• CA RN license required.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• BLS certification required or obtained on hire.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience preferred.
• Behavioral health/psychiatry/eating disorder experience preferred.
• Experience with electronic health records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care from admission through discharge.
• Administer medications safely and accurately.
• Perform daily nursing assessments and vital signs.
• Collaborate with care teams and coordinate with physicians and therapists.
• Maintain HIPAA and clinical documentation standards.
• Support the treatment team meetings and patient education.
