Cardinal Health Innovative Delivery Solutions is hiring a Retail Pharmacy Support Clerk for a company-owned retail contract pharmacy located at Forest Community Health Center Pharmacy. Hours are Monday–Thursday 8:30 am–6:30 pm and Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with PTO coverage as needed.

The role emphasizes greet-and-assist duties and coordinating with pharmacists.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• High school degree or equivalent preferred.
• May require vendor credentialing.
• Experience with sales, register, and healthcare is a plus.

Retail Pharmacy Support Clerk.

Cardinal Health is looking for a highly motivated clerk to work in a company owned retail contract pharmacy. Pharmacy Support is responsible for performing clerical functions to support retail pharmacy business operations. The pharmacy clerk helps health care providers and patients by greeting them in person and by phone; answering questions and requests and referring inquiries to the pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Seeking a customer and detail oriented individual with strong administrative and clerical skills to help implement and grow a new community healthcare center pharmacy
• Must have entrepreneurial spirit
• Must have a high degree of initiative
• Must be self-motivated and flexible to change
• Helps health care providers and patients by greeting them in person and by phone
• Answers questions and handles requests according to policy
• Refers inquiries to the pharmacist

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent, preferred
• 1+ years' customer service experience
• Previous experience with sales, register, and healthcare, preferred
• May require vendor credentialing

Anticipated hourly range: $15.00 per hour - $21.67 per hour
