Job summary

Cardinal Health Innovative Delivery Solutions is seeking a Community Health Center Pharmacist for a PRN role located at Rural Health in Anna, IL. The pharmacist will dispense medications, provide immunizations, and deliver clinical pharmaceutical care to patients in the community.

Under supervision, you will support 340B contract pharmacy operations, assist high-risk patients, and consult with prescribers. A licensed pharmacist with immunization certification is required; 50.10–71.70 USD/hour

Qualifications

Immunization Certification or willingness to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.
Pharmacist registration in the state where the position is located.
Experience with 340B programs is preferred.
Ability to work a flexible schedule and provide strong customer service.

Responsibilities

Dispense medications accurately and ensure safe delivery to customers under supervision.
Maintain open communication with customers and practitioners for consultation.
Supervise technicians and coordinate workflow to meet pharmacy operations.
Ensure compliance with 340B contract pharmacy best practices.
Provide professional consultation to patients and prescribers at partner health facilities.
