Job summary

Methodist Midlothian Medical Center seeks a Respiratory Therapist PRN to join a fast-paced, highly technical team. You will deliver evidence-based pulmonary care and perform diagnostic testing in accordance with physician orders and protocols while collaborating with multidisciplinary colleagues.

Hours are 12 hours per week, Monday through Friday with rotating weekends. Requires graduation from an accredited Respiratory Care Program, current BLS and ACLS, Texas RCP license, NBRC registration,

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• NRP and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) must be obtained within 1 year of hire.
• Licensed in good standing as a Respiratory Care Practitioner by the Texas Medical Board.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist with NBRC.
• At least 6 months of respiratory care experience.
