Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a clear driving record.
• Experience in a residential community or transitional living program preferred.
• Administration/medical training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety and security of the facility through hourly rounds.
• Support residents in maintaining healthy sleep schedules.
• Complete bed checks as needed.
• Complete timely documentation.
• Assist in cleaning and organizing community spaces.
• Know residents' goals, build rapport, and provide support.
• Administer routine and as-needed medications for residents; work in the med room.
• Problem-solve and manage crises.
• Communicate to shift staff for support when needed.
