Job summary

Millennium Therapy in Iowa City, IA is seeking a PRN Restorative Technician/Aide to support restorative therapy services under supervision of licensed therapists. This role offers flexible 5–10 hour shifts with competitive pay.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR certification, and strong English communication skills. You will assist with exercises, document progress, and collaborate with therapists and nursing staff to ensure patient care quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; one year experience in a health care setting preferred.
• Effective English verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact with all levels of staff and customers; good organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, and divide).
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in restorative therapy services under supervision of the therapist or assistant.
• Assist with individual/supervised/group exercises as assigned by the therapist.
• Document program interventions and patient progress; ensure alignment with the care plan.
• Assist with transportation of patients to restorative training areas.
• Communicate with therapists and nursing staff about patient care and changes in condition.
• Participate in quality improvement activities as assigned by the Area Manager.
• Ensure delivery of quality services and outcomes in assigned activities.
