Job summary

Millennium Therapy is seeking a PRN Restorative Technician/Aide in Burlington, IA. The role supports restorative therapy under supervision and helps patients with exercises and daily tasks. A high school diploma, English communication, and CPR certification are required, with preference for healthcare experience.

You will work within multi-disciplinary teams and document patient progress, while contributing to quality improvement initiatives and reliable service delivery. Flexible hours offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrates effective English verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to function in multi-faceted systems with staff and customers.
• Demonstrates basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in restorative therapy services under therapist supervision.
• Assist with individual/supervised/group exercises as assigned.
• Document program interventions and outcomes per care plan.
• Provide/assist transportation to restorative training areas.
• Communicate with therapists and nursing staff about patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement activities as assigned.
• Ensure service and operational excellence for all activities.
