ClearSky Health in Elwood, KS is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation hospital team. You will evaluate patients, plan treatments to improve basic motor function and daily living skills, and guide adaptive equipment selection within a patient-centered care framework.

The role emphasizes collaboration with an interdisciplinary team and adherence to safety standards. Prior OT practice and current licensure are required, with CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Two years’ direct patient occupational therapy care and treatment experience preferred.
• Recent graduates welcomed to apply.
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in good standing is required.
• Basic Life Support/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and establish plan of care and goals, and monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team on patient needs and progress.
• Ensure safety and infection control standards are followed.
• May be required to work during inclement weather and staffing emergencies.
