ClearSky Health in Eau Claire, WI is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a PRN role in a leading rehabilitation hospital. You will evaluate patients, establish plans of care to improve motor function and daily living skills, and advise on adaptive equipment for home and work settings.
Work with an interdisciplinary team to adjust treatments, support discharge planning, and ensure safety and infection control standards.

Our dedicated and patient focused Occupational Therapists are responsible for evaluating patients and helping them improve basic motor function and reasoning abilities and compensate for permanent loss of function by teaching them to perform tasks in their daily living and working environments. Also assist patients in selecting appropriate adaptive equipment and assistive devices when necessary. This position fulfills these responsibilities while integrating company values into daily practice. This position will work Day shifts PRN (as needed).
While experience in acute inpatient or a rehabilitation hospital setting is helpful, we welcome new/recent graduates to apply. Current KS state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in good standing is required. Basic Life Support/CPR required.
A significant amount of standing, walking, bending, squatting, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling, often for prolonged periods of time.
Both gross and precise motor functions.
Lifting/exerting of up to 50 lbs.
Possible exposure to bodily fluids.
Visual acuity required for patient assessment and documentation of care.
Acute hearing required for accurate patient assessment.
Sufficient manual dexterity to operate equipment and computer keyboard.
