Job summary

Methodist Southwest Medical Center in Dallas, TX is seeking a PRN Respiratory Therapist to join a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team. You will provide evidence-based pulmonary care and diagnostic testing per physician orders and established protocols.

The role requires graduation from an accredited respiratory care program, active BLS and ACLS, NBRC registration, Texas licensure, and at least 6 months of experience. NRP/Pediatric ACLS must be obtained within one year of hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program.
• Current Basic Life Support certification required.
• Current Advanced Cardio Life Support certification required.
• NRP, Pediatric Advanced Life Support — must obtain within 1 year of hire.
• Currently licensed in good standing as a Respiratory Care Practitioner by Texas Medical Board.
• Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care.
• At least 6 months respiratory care experience.

Education

Respiratory Care Program graduate

6 months respiratory care experience
