Job summary

Good Samaritan in Brainerd, MN is seeking an RN for PRN shifts to provide individualized nursing care to residents. The RN will collaborate with residents and families, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate care across the full nursing spectrum.

The role may serve as charge nurse and requires nursing licensure in Minnesota with a BSN preferred. A drug-free workplace and background screening are standard parts of the offer.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Current unencumbered RN license in Minnesota.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary teams to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, education and various nursing interventions.
• Serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks to staff within scope.
