Job summary

Responsibilities

• Observe, assess, document, and report resident condition during rounds.
• Administer medications as prescribed and ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with physicians and record visits in clinical records.
• Identify changes in resident condition and respond per policy.
• Supervise aides and support staff as needed.
• Prepare and complete incident/accident reports and discharge residents per policy.
