Job description

We are seeking an experienced Urgent Care RN to join our team, working Day/Evening/Weekends PRN at Valley View Hospital's new Urgent Care facility.

Valley View After Hours Urgent Care hours are:

Monday – Thursday: 5 p.m. – 11 p.m.
Friday: 3 p.m. – 9 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday: 12 p.m. – 8 p.m.

• Current Colorado RN license or ability to obtain.
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of 1 year RN Urgent Care or similar experience; 2 years preferred.
• Eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

SALARY:

• $37.50 to $56.23/hour (BSN) + 14% PRN Differential Pay.
• Recognizes a 4% pay difference for RN-ADN, BSN, MSN.
• Entry salary depends on education, skill set, and experience.
• $2.25/hour evening shift differential (working at least 4 hours between 3:00 pm–11:30 pm).
• $4.00/hour night shift differential (working at least 4 hours between 11:00 pm–7:30 am).
• $4.25/hour weekend shift differential (working 5+ hours between 7 pm Friday and 7 am Monday).
• Annual bonuses based on organizational and individual performance.
