Responsibilities include providing and overseeing resident care per state and federal regulations, administering medications, monitoring condition changes, and communicating with physicians and families.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in the state of Ohio.
• CPR certification.
• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee resident care in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility standards.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents and promptly respond to changes in condition.
• Communicate with physicians, residents, and families regarding resident care.
• Supervise and support STNA team members.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation and charting.
• Assist with staff orientation and training as needed.
• Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-focused environment.
