Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) at Centralia Correctional Center in Centralia, IL. You will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under supervision and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.

We offer an hourly base of $44.71 with PRN differential of $4/hour, plus evening $4 and night $3 differentials as applicable, along with comprehensive benefits when applicable.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• RN license or ability to obtain one required.
• Must be actively certified in CPR.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care within scope of practice to incarcerated patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Work under the DON and Nursing Supervisor to assess and respond to physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.

Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive services to the Illinois Department of Corrections. We are currently seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Centralia Correctional Center in Centralia, IL.

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.

Shift: PRN

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required
• Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
