Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification.
• Current license to practice nursing in Texas or eligibility to do so.
• Work experience: 12 months of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to hospital standards; promotes a cooperative work environment and uses effective communication.
• Assumes responsibility for nursing components of patient/family education.
• Maintains a safe, therapeutic environment and ensures accurate, timely documentation of patient information.
• Provides medication and IV administration and supports professional growth and development.
