Job summary

Onsite Innovations seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for a per diem role at our client site in Amana, IA. The RN will support employee health, wellness, and safety with clinic coverage across two shifts.

Duties include patient care, blood draws, drug screens, and coordinating with practitioners. Responsibilities extend to front office tasks, medical record maintenance, medication dispensing as directed, and performing ancillary tests when ordered.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• RN license orlicensure may be required; ensure credentials are current.

Responsibilities

• Assist practitioners with patient care, exams, and tests.
• Draw blood and prepare paperwork for lab pick‑up.
• Perform urine drug screens and ensure proper custody and shipment.
• Maintain exam rooms, labs, and treatment areas; manage supplies and inventories.
• Handle front office duties such as check‑in, check‑out, and documentation.
• Dispense medications as directed and maintain device calibration and records.
• Perform ancillary testing (PFT, EKG, injections, audiograms, etc.) as ordered.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and deliver high‑quality customer service.
