As part of a dedicated clinical team, you will develop care plans, monitor patient conditions, document thoroughly, and collaborate with physicians and other professionals.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and education
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the physician or nurse manager
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
• Maintain current knowledge of nursing practices, policies, and procedures
