Encore at Parkside is seeking a compassionate PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver direct nursing care to residents and ensure compliance with regulations. The RN will assess, document, administer meds, and monitor residents while supporting a collaborative care team.

Responsibilities include supervising LPNs/CNAs, participating in care planning, and maintaining accurate records. Delaware RN licensure, strong clinical skills, and excellent communication are required.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state where practicing (Delaware) is required.
• Strong clinical assessment and thorough documentation skills are essential.
• Ability to supervise LPNs/CNAs and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities are necessary for patient care.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care to residents according to orders and care plans.
• Assess residents’ physical, psychosocial, and functional status and document findings.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor residents and report changes promptly to physicians and leadership.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs on the unit or shift.
