Job summary

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in Tennessee.
• Active license in the state required.
• One year of long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care to residents and assist with daily tasks.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient status.
• Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
• Document patient information and maintain medical records.
• Communicate between residents, RNs, and physicians.
• Monitor for changes and escalate as needed.
