SYNERGY HomeCare of Chantilly is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home nursing care to clients in Chantilly, VA. The role offers flexible scheduling and pays $40-45 per hour, with opportunities for raises based on performance.

The RN will assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, administer medications, perform wound care, and educate families on health care needs. Strong communication and independence are essential for effective teamwork with a multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years of RN experience, preferably in home care.
• Current RN license in good standing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
• Must pass a background check and provide professional references.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes.
• Assess client needs, develop and implement care plans, and update as necessary.
• Administer medications, perform wound care, and other nursing duties as required.
• Educate clients and their families on health care needs and preventive measures.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client care.
