Qualifications

With clinic locations across Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee, our care teams include IPS in North Carolina and Savannah Pain Management in Georgia, all operating as part of the SSJC organization. These roles will support clinic location in Jacksonville, NCwhose hours of operation are from 7:30am-5pm.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manages the care of assigned patients using knowledge, skills, judgment, and decision-making skills for the specific area and patient population.
• Delivers patient care utilizing standardized evidenced based guidelines of care and appropriate resources, including personnel, services, supplies and equipment.
• Monitorand report changes in patient symptoms or behavior, administer medications and document all encounters and progress notes.
• Communicate with collaborating physicians orspecialists regarding patientcare
• Educates patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
• Educates care plans, provides emotional support and advise to patients and their family members

Qualifications

• Good standing RN License for the state of North Carolina without limitations
• BLS and ALS/ACLS Certified
• Familiarity with medical software and equipment
