Elior North America is seeking a part-time PRN Registered Dietitian to join the healthcare and food service team at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. You will assess nutritional needs, identify interventions, and support residents in achieving nutritional goals.

Typical schedule is 8-16 hours per week. You will educate patients, staff, and consultants, adhere to Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards, and collaborate with other departments to improve dining services and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nutrition or related field required.
• Master's degree in Nutrition or related field preferred.
• CDR national examination passed or eligible per Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
• Completes 75 hours of continuing education every five years.
• Licensed or certified per state requirements.
• Knowledge of regulation standards for assessments, care planning, and residents' rights.

Responsabilités

• Provide nutritional expertise to the health care team and educate patients/residents.
• Follow Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards and facility requirements.
• Collaborate with departments to set up procedures and policies for dining and nutrition.
