Job summary

Claxton Dietetic Solutions, LLC in Kentucky is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide clinical nutrition services in the long-term care/rehabilitation setting. This is a full-time opportunity for approximately 30 to 40 hours per week, with onsite visits completed during weekdays.

Additional part-time and PRN opportunities may also be available in the area. The role involves nutrition assessments, MDS care plans, and monitoring nutrition risk, along with education and audits.

Qualifications

• RD credential (CDR) required
• Active state licensure or certification
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Long-term care or geriatric experience preferred, but not required
