We are seeking weekend coverage to design and implement activity therapies tailored to individual needs, aiming to foster effective interactions, enhance coping skills, and promote independence.

Responsibilities include:

1. Participating in interdisciplinary treatment planning.
2. Engaging in agency-wide training and in-services.
3. Ensuring programming schedules are followed.
4. Providing timely clinical documentation per regulatory standards.
5. Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in behavioral health or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Active District of Columbia Recreation Therapy license.
• Proficiency in interpersonal communication, teamwork, and Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

$46.62/hour with an additional weekend differential of $7.00/hour.
