Responsibilities

Receptionist PRN

Windsor Laurelwood is looking for a Receptionist to work the following schedule.

Required Orientation:

• 1^st week: 8a - 4/4:30p (hospital orientation)
• 2^nd-3^rd week: 8a - 2p (shadowing)

After orientation, we are looking for someone to work as needed:

• Every other weekend: Saturday & Sunday
• Occasional weekdays: day shift or evening shift
• Approximately 22 hrs/month

Originally established in 1898, Windsor Laurelwood has served the community for over 125 years, providing high-quality behavioral health and substance use treatment services to adults, adolescents, and children.

In this role, you will answer the main hospital telephones, page staff and physicians, greet and sign in visitors, vendors, and outside contractors, log in items left for patients, and provide directions and information to visitors and guests.

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience as a switchboard operator or receptionist preferred. Knowledge of personal computers is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills required.
• Must be able to remain calm in stressful situations.
