Job summary

A healthcare organization in Baton Rouge is seeking an experienced Radiology Technologist (X-Ray Technologist) to perform diagnostic imaging examinations. This PRN position requires preparing patients for procedures, developing images, and ensuring equipment compliance. Qualifications

• Completion of a radiology technologist certificate or certification program from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid ARRT license in the state of LA.
• One (1) to three (3) years relevant radiology technologist experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for radiological procedures and take X-rays following established procedures.
• Develop and process digital images and utilize the PACS system to transmit images.
• Log completed radiological procedures accurately and on time.
