Job summary

BJC HealthCare System's Barnes-Jewish Hospital is seeking a PRN Radiology Technologist for the New Plaza West Tower to perform general diagnostic radiography and operate independently in the ER and OR.

The role requires an associate degree or higher, ARRT RT certification, and the ability to work evenings and overnight shifts. Siemens ED imaging and mix of Samsung/Carestream portables are used.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in radiologic technology.
• RT(R) certification with ARRT registration.
• On-call/ER imaging experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patient and equipment for procedures with high level of customer service and professionalism.
• Performs radiographic imaging examinations independently, including portable exams and OR tasks.
