Job summary

TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Radiologic Technologist PRN to perform imaging procedures and support patient care. You will prepare and assist with radiologic exams, ensure safety, and act as liaison between patients and physicians.

The role requires graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program, ARRT registration or eligibility, and BLS certification; prior post-graduate experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited education program in Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT R.T. (R) certification or registry eligible.
• Must be registry eligible and obtain ARRT within 6 months of hire date.
• 1 year post-graduate experience strongly preferred.
• American Heart Association BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate care for patient populations in the department.
• Assess data reflective of patient age-specific needs.
• Educate patients/families and teach as needed.
• Deliver compassionate, holistic care respecting patient rights and dignity.
• Demonstrate knowledge of radiology equipment and procedures.
