Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to join our team in Florida. You will operate scanners to produce diagnostic images, prepare patients, and follow safety and HIPAA guidelines. This PRN role includes evenings and weekends with differential pay for off-peak hours.

Required AMA-approved radiography education, state licensure (where applicable), CPR, and the ability to work independently. We offer a comprehensive benefits package based on eligibility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an AMA approved radiography program.
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist in the appropriate state, if applicable.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to perform radiologic procedures independently.

Responsibilities

• Operate radiologic scanners to produce diagnostic images.
• Screen and prepare patients, explain procedures and position for imaging.
• Perform routine and advanced imaging with appropriate supervision.
• Adjust scan parameters, apply dose reduction techniques as needed.
• Maintain patient records in the Radiology Information System (RIS).
• Ensure safety, clean equipment, and HIPAA compliance.
• Assist with imaging protocol updates and inventory as needed.
