Emory Healthcare in Georgia seeks a Radiologic Technologist to deliver quality radiographs across CT and Diagnostic Radiology within Imaging Services. You will support interpretation by ensuring accurate positioning, exposure, and patient care.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited School of Radiology, ARRT registration or within 12 months of hire, and BLS certification. The role emphasizes learning all routine exams and enabling service excellence in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited School of Radiology.
• Current ARRT registration or obtained within 12 months of hire date.
• Current AHA/ARC BLS certification.
• Utilizes standard radiographic equipment and supplies; proficient with digital fluoroscopy and c-arm technology.

Work Shift

I. Position Summary:

Responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality healthcare in the CT and Diagnostic Radiology Departments of Imaging Services and assist in the performance of other duties. Employee promotes service excellence. Responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality radiographs of all parts of the body for interpretation by the Radiologist.

II. Qualifications

• A. Education & Training: Graduate of an accredited School of Radiology.


• B. Experience: None.


• C. Required Certification/Registration/Licensure: Current ARRT registration or obtained within 12 months of hire date. Current AHA/ARC BLS certification.


• D. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  
  
  
  • Utilizes a variety of standard radiographic equipment and supplies.
  
  
  • Functional in using digital fluoroscopy.
  
  
  • Functional in portable units.
  
  
  • Functional when using c-arm equipment.
