Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in South Dallas, Balch Springs, and Mesquite Area. This role involves implementing care plans, educating patients and families, and working independently to support patient recovery and well-being.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Implement plan of care in consultation with physical therapist and other care team members.
• Communicate findings or changes regarding patients back to the physical therapist and care team.
• Educate patients and families on home safety and medical equipment safety.
• Be solution-driven, self-motivated, and inspiring to patients to reach their goals.
• Work independently without direct oversight.
• Recognize when to call for support and communicate challenges effectively.
• Be familiar and comfortable with technology.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Home health care experience preferred.
• Valid Texas Driver's License and Automobile Insurance.
