Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our Stuart facility, Solaris HealthCare Parkway, offering flexible scheduling and competitive pay. This role supports residents in a SNF, working within a dedicated therapy gym and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to enhance safety and function.

The position requires Florida PTA licensure (or eligibility) and prior SNF or post-acute experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.
