Orthopt is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join C4 Chattanooga and C4 Cleveland. You will work in a performance-focused rehab environment with athletes and active adults, supported by a collaborative therapy team.

You’ll deliver evidence-based treatment under licensed PTs, using advanced tools and spaces to help patients return to high-level function. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with active license.
• BLS (CPR) certification preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to travel between C4 Chattanooga and C4 Cleveland.
• Passion for serving athletes, active adults, and outpatient orthopaedics.
• Growth-minded, lifelong learner committed to evidence-based practice.

Responsabilités

• Carry out treatment plans designed by supervising Physical Therapists.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, functional tasks, and sport-specific progressions.
• Utilize turf, compact court, and weight room areas to enhance rehab outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with PTs, athletic trainers, and support staff.
• Provide an encouraging and engaging patient experience.
• Document accurately and efficiently.
• Float between C4 Chattanooga and C4 Cleveland as needed.
