Your Role & Impact

As a PRN PTA with C4, you'll support patient progress by delivering high-quality, evidence‑based treatment under the guidance of licensed Physical Therapists. You'll use advanced tools, functional spaces, and hands‑on skills to help patients get back to doing what they love.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out treatment plans designed by supervising Physical Therapists
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, functional tasks, and sport‑specific progressions
• Utilize turf, compact court, and weight room areas to enhance rehab outcomes
• Communicate effectively with PTs, athletic trainers, and support staffProvide an encouraging and engaging patient experience
• Document accurately and efficiently
• Float between C4 Chattanooga and C4 Cleveland as needed

Minimum Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
• BLS (CPR) certification preferred
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills
• Ability to travel between C4 Chattanooga and C4 Cleveland
• A passion for serving athletes, active adults, and the outpatient orthopaedic population
