Job summary
Cornerstone Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant to deliver care to adult and geriatric patients, working with a diverse team of clinicians. You will contribute to patient outcomes while staying engaged in professional development and a supportive environment.

Qualifications
- Valid State PTA license required.
- Experience in SNF or acute care settings preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy to adult and geriatric patients.
- Prepare documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
- Establish a plan of care in accordance with the patients' needs and capabilities.
- Travel to nearby centers as needed.
