Job summary

PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospital of Covington is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our inpatient care team with a flexible PRN schedule. The PTA will provide direct patient care under the Physical Therapist, assist in planning and implementing treatment programs, and participate in service development.

Inpatient experience is preferred, and licensure must be held in the state of practice.

Qualifications

• Education and Training: PTA license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides. Current BLS certification required.
• Experience: One year of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of the Physical Therapist and implement treatment programs for individual patients.
• Assist in the development of services and participate in continuous improvement of patient care within the inpatient setting.
