Job summary

UCHealth is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedic care at the Northfield OP Rehab Clinic in Englewood, CO. You will evaluate and treat patients with flexible scheduling, stepping in for vacations and leaves with no ongoing productivity pressure.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with state licensure.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient’s condition.
• Establishes a plan of care aligned with patient/family capabilities and desires.
• Educates patient and family about deficits and adaptive equipment; assists with discharge planning.
• Supervises support personnel per licensing laws, state regulations and practice standards.
• Works in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Education

Licensed Physical Therapist - State

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy

Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy

CPR/BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross)
