Job summary

Mindoula is seeking a Board Certified PMHNP to provide flexible PRN psychiatric care across Maryland hospital partners. The role emphasizes patient-centered care and collaborative, holistic treatment in a dynamic clinical setting.

As part of Mindoula’s interdisciplinary team, you’ll conduct evaluations, develop and adjust treatment plans, prescribe medications, and document care accurately, with scheduling that supports work-life balance and varied experiences.

Qualifications

• Board certification as PMHNP (Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner).
• Licensed to practice in Maryland.
• Willingness to provide PRN coverage and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations through interviews, history, exams, and testing.
• Diagnose and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications as appropriate.
• Provide crisis intervention when needed and coordinate with the care team.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
