Job summary

HCA Healthcare Summerville Hospital is seeking a PICU RN PRN to deliver high-quality pediatric critical care. The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care, ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines and regulations.

Collaboration with the care team and potential supervision of students may occur as assigned. Applicants must hold an RN license and an Associate Degree, with BCLS, Neonatal Resuscitation, and PALS training completed within required timeframes.

Qualifications

• RN credential required.
• BCLS within 30 days of employment start date.
• Neonatal Resuscitation within 30 days of employment start date.
• PALS within 90 days of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Direct nursing care for patients based on clinical nursing practice and regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive patient outcomes.
